Privacy policy

LUMA is a social app for discovering people nearby, sharing stories, and talking one to one. This policy explains what Adnora collects when you use LUMA on iOS or Android, and why.

Who we are

Information you give us

• Account details: phone number, one-time code, display name, date of birth, and gender.
• Google sign-in: the name, email address, and profile details Google includes in the ID token, if you choose Continue with Google.
• Apple sign-in: the name and identity token Apple shares, if you choose Continue with Apple.
• Photos and captions you add as a profile photo, a story, or a post.
• A face photo if you complete host verification.
• Messages you send, and the fact that you started or joined a call.

Information collected as you use LUMA

• A device identifier, so a guest session and your login stay on that phone.
• Approximate location, only after you allow it, to show distance and people nearby.
• A push token, if you allow notifications.
• Coin balance, gifts, and payment records when you use paid features.
• Basic logs needed to keep the service secure, such as sign-in time and error reports.

How we use it

We use this information to create your account, show people and stories near you, deliver chats and calls, keep coins accurate, verify hosts, prevent abuse, and reply when you contact support. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and messages

A call connects you with one other person. LUMA does not keep a recording of the call in your account. Message content is stored so it can be delivered and shown in the conversation. A calling or storage provider may process the media needed to place the call or hold a photo.

Who we share it with

Other people see the profile, distance, stories, and messages you choose to share with them. We use service providers for sign-in texts, Google and Apple sign-in, photo storage, maps, notifications, payments, and live calls. They receive only what they need to perform that job. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to investigate harm and fraud.

How long we keep it

Account information stays while your account is open. Stories follow the story lifetime in the app. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify the personal information tied to it, except records we must keep for security, disputes, or the law.

Your choices

You can close location, camera, photos, or notifications in the phone settings. You can sign out inside the app. To ask for a copy of your information or to delete your account, email mail@adnora.in.

Age

LUMA is for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
